QRadar Support & Administration:

1. Analysis of offenses and logs in order to escalate and remediate security issues.
2. Understanding and ability to tune and create pre-defined/custom rules to minimize false positives.
3. Ability to perform application upgrades on a quarterly basis on all QRadar appliances and WinCollectors.
4. Understanding of Risk & Vulnerability Manager modules within Qradar.
5. Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows event management and Syslog based logging functions.
6. Perform QRadar X-Force Extension installation for new features.
7. Monitor System Health of Qradar for core resources and license compliance.
8. Management of Users and Groups within Qradar console.
9. Ability to create and validate new log sources.
